This summer has been nothing but magical. I was able to spend every moment with my two little ones. Who wouldn't want to do that!? The best part is, that we had no plans. Every day was a blank canvas for us to paint what we wanted. We went to the library, splash pad, water park, to the pool. You name it, we did it. As my time with them is drawing to an end, I reflect on the summer and the many things I have learned. 1. Being a stay at home mom is hard work, but I would gladly do it if I was given the opportunity. 2. Girls and boys are totally different. Lilly is sweet and loving. Clay is too, but can turn into Bam Bam at any moment. 3. Kids have selective hearing. They listen when they want to and ignore you A LOT. 4. People with multiple children are my heroes.
